Nathan submits MS thesis

Graduate student Nathan Tessema Ersumo submitted his MS thesis entitled “A Modular Design Framework for the Systematic Development of Primitive, Application-Specific Optical Modulation Tools.” He presents a consolidated modular framework for the systemic design of high-speed array-based optical modulation devices requiring limited degrees of freedom. Congratulations Nathan!
