Cem and Meraj awarded Apple PhD Fellowships!

Mohammad Meraj Ghanbari and Cem Yalcin were both selected to receive Apple PhD Fellowships in Integrated Systems beginning in the 2021-22 academic year! This unique and highly selective program recognizes a few top students with expressed interest in IC engineering, SoC design, Verification, Test, and Computer Architecture. The fellowship program will provide financial support covering the direct and indirect costs of their degree program at Berkeley, as well as continued professional interaction with Apple via an internship.
